This case is merely to harass me. It is evident that it was my brother, Hero Bautista and not me, who stole those equipments from de Leon.
Time and again I have cautioned Hero about these things. He should do things properly and cease using my name.
Now that I am running for Mayor, his case may hurt my campaign...I urge Prosecutor Bacuilor to drop the case against me.
